Notice is hereby given that the parcel described in the Schedule will be brought under the Land Transfer Act 1952, unless
a caveat is lodged forbidding the same before the 6th day of November 2003, lodged under application 5724222.1 by the Christchurch City Council.

Part Lots 1 (350 square metres) and 3 (510 square metres), D.P. 316694, containing 860 square metres and being part of the land shown as stream bed (St Albans Creek) on Land Transfer Plan 316694.
A plan of the land may be inspected at Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch.
