Application 5667459.1 made by Michelle Ann Parker and Mary Ann Shanahan, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to notify upon certificate of title NA138B/23 the extinguishment of the various profits a prendre easements created by memoranda of transfer B. 415550.1, B. 415551.1, 712657.2, 157186.1, 157187.1, 620244.1 and 187481.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the above-named easements upon the said certificate of title after the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
