Notice is hereby given that a certificate of title will be issued in the names of the applicants under Part 1 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 for the land in the Schedule unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before the 17th day of September 2003, lodged under application 5608570.1 by the Tasman District Council.

Part Section 102, District of Waimea East, containing 2099 square metres, being all of the land in certificate of title NL75/46 in the names of George Wilsden McRae, Roderick McRae and Henry Edwards.
