Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, of application 5427521 for notification on the Register of the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises pursuant to memorandum of lease 252642.1 between Invercargill City Council as lessor and Roger Graham Scott as lessee (Computer Freehold Register SL1A/292 and Computer Interest Register 31642 Southland Land District).
This notice expires on the 24th day of February 2003.
