Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Janet Lynda Boocock to notify on the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 935104.2 of the land in Computer Register OT18A/482 of which
the lessor is Janet Lynda Boocock and the lessee is Quality Hotel Wanaka Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 5675472.1 and to notify the re-entry upon
the Register on the 8th day of September 2003.
