Stream lying between Lot 2, D.P. S. 90208 and Lot 1, D.P. S. 87149, comprised in Computer Registers SA71C/271 and SA67A/83 respectively.
The applicant is the owner of Lot 2, D.P. S. 90208, the northern boundary of which adjoins Ngutuwera Stream.
The applicant claims ownership of part of the bed of Ngutuwera Stream to the south of its centreline and has applied to me for issue of certificates of title.
