Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by The Maori Trustee to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease S. 266054 of the land in Computer Register SA4A/1218, of which the lessor is The Maori Trustee and the lessees are Jack Elliot Davidson and Peter William Mansfield as executors (5/12 share) and Peter William Mansfield (7/12 share).
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 5257659.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register after the 24th day of February 2003.
