Notice is hereby given that a certificate of title will be issued in the names of the applicants under Part 1 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 for the land in
the Schedule unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before the 17th day of September 2003, lodged under application 5608570.1 by the Tasman District Council.
