Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Ronald Bruce Osborne and Mary Linda Osborne, both retired of Whangarei, the registered proprietors of the land in certificate of title NA37D/301, lodged under application 5641800.1, to notify the extinguishment of the existing memorial:
"The part Te Komiti 2B Block is subject to the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off."
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easement against the said certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
