Application, having been made to me under 5628945.1, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Darcy Lloyd Sterling, farmer of Matakohe, the registered proprietor of the land in certificates of title NA1636/7 and NA1636/8, to notify the extinguishment of the easement memorial:
"Subject to the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off."
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easement against the said certificates of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
