Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to note the extinguishment of a right to air easement created by memorandum of transfer 609044 in favour of (or appurtenant to) the land formerly comprised in certificate of title NA133A/638
but now recorded against Supplementary Record Sheet NA133D/272 under Body Corporate 205302, lodged under abstract 5430239.1 in the North Auckland Land District.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document and to note the extinguishment of the right to air easement created by memorandum of transfer 609044 upon the expiration of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
