Pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act Notice 1952, notice is hereby given of application 553193.1, for notification on the Register of the re-entry and recovery
of possession of the leasehold premises, pursuant to memoranda of lease 803888.1 and 803888.2 between Jetty Limited as lessor and Jonathan Andrew Brown as lessee (Computer Register OT396/49 Otago Land District).
This notice expires on the 30th day of May 2003.
