Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by the lessors, Ronald John Ottema and Wendy Kay Ottema, to notify upon
the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of
the leasehold premises under lease B. 317939.2 of the land in certificates of title SA26B/952 and SA27C/847, of which the lessees are Roger Anthony Phillips and Susan Mary Phillips.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 5501119.3 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register after the 24th day of April 2003.
