Application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Ian Edward Bryant and Joy Bryant, the registered proprietors of the land in certificate of title NA42/638, to notify the extinguishment of the easement memorial:
"Subject to the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off." (See Application 5508577.1.)
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easement against the said certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
