Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator, Canterbury Conservancy, declares that the conservation area described in the First Schedule shall be included in the reserve described in the Second Schedule, subject to
the Reserves Act 1977, classified as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act and, under the Reserves Act 1977, vests the reserve in the Ashburton District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

14.9800 hectares, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 79247. All certificate of title CB45C/149. Subject to easements created by transfer 5019734.1.
Second Schedule
Lake Camp
49.4700 hectares, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 18196. Government Purpose Reserve by New Zealand Gazette,
