Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and authorises the Nelson City Council to sell the said land not being Crown land and for the proceeds of sale to be paid into the council's subdivision reserves account.
