Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the drainage easement in perpetuity described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said easement shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Description of Drainage Easement
The rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right of way as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, under the heading "Right to Drain Water" as if the same were fully set out herein.

Land Over Which Drainage Easement is Acquired
All that piece of land, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 78571 (part Computer Register SA61A/667); marked "A" on S.O. Plan 326491.
