Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently,
the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice revoking the reservation over recreation and local purpose reserves and specifying the manner of disposal and how to use the proceeds of sale, dated the 19th day of August 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
21 August 2003, No. 109, page 2892, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds
of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule and part of a local purpose (accessway) reserve described in the Second Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council for amalgamation with title to the adjoining land, at such price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, with the proceeds of sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
