Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143 (2) of the Education Lands Act 1989, is hereby set apart for a public school and shall be vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

4.4362 hectares, more or less, being Lot 6 and part Lot 5, Deposited Plan 4443, and part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 5390, being balance of the land contained in Computer Register TN150/27.
3.5901 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 2, Deposited Plan 5390, being all of the land contained in Computer Register TN160/88.
