Far North District
Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) The area described in the First Schedule shall vest
in the Far North District Council as Esplanade Reserve, pursuant to section 118.
(b) The area described in the Second Schedule shall vest in the Far North District Council as Recreation Reserve, pursuant to section 117.
