In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977 ("the Act"), the Franklin District Council ("the council") notifies that the following resolution was passed on 18 November 2002:
"The Franklin District Council resolved that, under section 14 of the Act, to declare that the piece of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule be declared to be a local purpose drainage reserve."
