Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (1), may be dealt with by the Banks Peninsula District Council, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
