Under section 70 (2) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the following persons to be trustees of the Christchurch (Riccarton) Racecourse Recreation Reserve:
Lesley Keast, city councillor, of Christchurch.
Clive W. McCall, company director, of Christchurch.
George F. Richie, finance manager, of Christchurch.
