for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 80C/104, subject to mortgage C. 477070.3 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
