In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under section 14 (4) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 10 June 2003:
"That acting pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council resolves that the land held in fee simple by the Council, and described in the Schedule below, is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

7.7810 hectares, being Allotment 734, 775-782, 785-788, 878-880, and all being part of Section 2, Town of Tauranga, and Lots 1-3, D.P. S. 1829, all certificate of title SA61085. Subject to certificate B. 623418.1, section 36 (2) of the Building Act 1991.
