Under the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council authorises the exchange of that part of
the esplanade reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

837 square metres, being those parts of Lot 15, D.P. 9283, more particularly delineated on D.P. 326149. Part certificate of title TNA2/168.
Second Schedule
400 square metres, being Lot 27, D.P. 321837. All certificate of title 87287.
