Under section 5 (1) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 and section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I, Chris Carter, the Minister of Conservation, hereby correct an error in a notice under the first mentioned Act, dated the 21st day of July 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 July 2003, No. 85, page 2223, by omitting the words
"Each lease shall be for a term of five years with two further rights of renewal each for five years"
in the Schedule to the said notice and replacing them with
"Each lease shall be for a term of five years with a right of renewal for two further terms of five years and one further term of five years less one day."
