Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the local purpose (water power development) reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may
be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council by way
of transfer to TrustPower Limited in accordance with the agreement over allocation of assets between the council and certain electricity generation agencies, as specified in the deed relating to property rights dated 30 October 1997.

South Auckland Land District-Western Bay of Plenty District
7.7070 hectares, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 88371 (formerly part Lot 1, D.P. S. 10437), and 8474 square metres, being
part Allotment 475, Parish of Te Papa. Parts certificate of title SA46A/604, subject to:
(a) A right of way over part Allotment 475, Parish of
Te Papa; marked "E" on D.P. S. 32643, created by certificate H. 951622.1.
(b) A right of way over parts; marked "A", "B" and "C" on D.P. S. 89687, created by transfer 5114596.7.
(c) The easement created by transfer 5114596.7 is subject to section 243 (a) of the Resource Management Act 1991.
