Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 502/3, subject to mortgage 5387160.2.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 643/228, subject to mortgage 5491618.1.
(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of
road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown and, pursuant to section 52, set apart for the functioning indirectly of a limited access road on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
