Pursuant to section 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice shall be added to the land in certificate of title 45D/1246 which is held as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
