-Garnett Avenue Extension, Hamilton
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
(c) Pursuant to section 114, hereby declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, hereby declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the
land in Computer Register 46450, subject to encumbrance 5587121.2 and memorandum of mortgage 5453471.3.
