Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, that part of the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of Ngatiraka Hapu of the Tuhoe Tribe and other Maori residents in the locality so as to provide an extension to the urupa on the Maori freehold land known as Waimana 1C1C1A1.

All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Waimana Survey District, and as described as follows:

129 Part of Waimana 1C1C1A2 comprised in the Partition Order dated the 9th day of June 1960 of the Maori Land Court, Waiariki District.
