Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a Maori Reservation known as the Whakatu Marae for the benefit of the tangata whenua residing in the city of Nelson.
