Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, declares that the lands described in the Schedule to this notice are hereby set apart for road and shall remain vested in the Auckland City Council, being
the registered proprietor of the land firstly described and being the successor to the Otahuhu Borough Council pursuant to an Order in Council dated 9 June 1989 of the land secondly described, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
