Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of accessway described in the Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 114, declares the land to be road and to remain vested in
the Thames-Coromandel District Council.
