Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
First Schedule
Hawke's Bay Land District-Hastings District Council
8.9084 hectares, being Section 18, S.O. 911. Being part of the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve.
Second Schedule
Hawke's Bay Land District-Hastings District Council
45.7126 hectares, being Section 1, S.O. 8941. To be included in the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve.
