for Stopping of Portions of Maungaraki Road-Hutt City Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in the
Hutt City Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and when stopped, pursuant to section 117 (7), to be added to adjoining Maungaraki Village Plantation Reserve contained in certificate of title 715/17, Wellington Land Registration District.
