Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the secondary use of recreation purposes over land held for a public work (development of water power), authorised by notice in New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 1973, No. 87, page 1779, registered as 439472, is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
