Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the secondary use of recreation purposes over land held for a public work (development of water power), authorised by notice in New Zealand Gazette, 6 August 1964, No. 48, page 1252, is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
