Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community use and access way) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
