Pursuant to section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.
