Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Ngunguru Reserves Board to control and manage the reserves described in
the Schedule and further vests the said reserves in the Whangarei District Council in trust for recreation purposes.
