New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated as two undivided one half shares with the land in certificate of title 3B/1000, subject to mortgage 5603622.4 and certificate of title 3B/1001 respectively on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
