Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of July 2003, including land acquired and declared to be road and
vested in the Selwyn District Council, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 31 July 2003, No. 89, page 2296, by substituting the area in the First Schedule
"0.0680 hectares"
with the area
"0.1463 hectares".
