Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of July 1998, Acquiring Land for State Primary School, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 August 1998, No. 107, page 2640, by recording the acquisition for State primary school of
the right of way over that part of Lot 3, marked "A" on D.P. 102570, created by transfer B. 320374.2, registered
on certificate of title NA109C/107.
