Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes
the notice which purported to exchange land held by the Tauranga District Council as recreation reserve and to classify land as local purpose (accessway) reserve, dated
the 19th day of September 2002 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 2002, No. 139, page 3715, and declares that revocation of the said notice is to take effect as from the 19th day of September 2002, being the date on which the original notice was intended to take effect.
