Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve and declares that it form part of the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve.
