New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby vested in Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes in exchange for the land taken for river control and in connection with river control as listed in the First and Second Schedules in New Zealand Gazette,
