Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a Government purpose reserve for the purpose of the health and disability sector and related purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the land vests in Capital and Coast District Health Board in fee simple.
