Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in
the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares
that the lands firstly and thirdly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register OT216/105, subject to memorandum of mortgage 940787.4, and the land secondly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register 5186, subject to memorandum of mortgage 940787.4.
